How does the subscription work?

Meals are delivered weekly on Monday or some areas on Sunday evening.

You can pause the subscription when you don't need it, or cancel any time.

You can select your meals by Wednesday 10:00 PM by either logging to Mauja account and selecting subscription or using a direct link to your subscription.

Can I place an order without subscribing to the service? 

Yes, you can order without the subscription.

How can I change my future deliveries, including meals selection, skipping a delivery, or canceling the service?

After you place an order, you will receive an email with access to the customer portal. On the customer portal, you can view past orders, future delivery dates, and options to choose meals, and pause or cancel future orders. Please Contact Us if you have any issues.

Will I be able to choose the meals that I like?

Yes. After selecting the quantity and delivery frequency, you can choose your meals from our weekly rotating menu. We keep introducing new meals options to your menu.

Which cities do you deliver to?

We deliver to most places within Bay Area. Please contact us in case your city is missing.

When is the meals delivered? Which day/days of the week? 

Currently, it’s Monday. We will add other delivery day options in the future. Please provide feedback through the Contact Us page on your preferences.   

Is there a pickup option? 

There is no pickup option.

What can we expect during delivery?

Meals will be delivered according to the delivery instructions provided during checkout. We use thermal cooler bags for all subscription orders. We prefer that somebody receives the salad and recommend placing the salads in the fridge asap. You should receive a text 30min prior and just after the delivery. 

You are responsible for ensuring that valid and up-to-date information is submitted. This includes, but is not limited to: The unit Number, Phone Number, and gate code for your building.

Your order is delivered once our delivery team has placed your order at your residence. Unless otherwise specified in the delivery notes, this includes:

  • At your front doorstep in a home.
  • With the receptionist or at the front door of a business.
  • In the lobby of an apartment building if no apartment number is provided.

We will presume that anyone present in the specified location is authorized to receive delivery on your behalf. If no persons are present, your order will be left unattended in the most suitable location at your delivery address. You are responsible for ensuring that we are given the best instructions for making your delivery successfully.

You are responsible for the total value of your order if we are unable to complete your delivery at your confirmed address on the specified day. We would attempt to call and text. 

What if I am away?

We also text you order updates so you can watch for your order!

Are the meals ingredients organic?

We use organic ingredients wherever possible, including fruits, vegetables, legumes, and protein items. Our salads are not organic certified. Our salads do not contain any GMOs, processed sugar, preservatives, or artificial additives. 

Can you accommodate food allergies?

Most of our salads are vegan and gluten-free. You can view our website for the complete ingredient list for each salad and dressing. We do not recommend our salads to anyone with a severe allergy, as the facilities may be used for processing allergy-causing products. 

Where can I find calorie and nutritional information about my meals?

Each Salad comes with complete nutritional information.

How are the salads packaged? Is the packaging BPA-free? Is it recyclable?

Meals are packaged in sealed plastic containers, which are food-grade, BPA-free, and recyclable.
